In addition, the company provides customers who have photographs taken a blog posting on the web page SyreniaImagery.com for the ability to review some of the photos taken before receipt of order. Customers must provide consent to this service prior to a posting on the blog at SyreniaImagery.com. The following information may be displayed on a blog: family name, location of photography session(s), specific event details, company information for events and product shots. Depending on the privacy needs of the customer, a password may be obtained to maintain the security of your blog posting.  Should you choose this feature in order to maintain your personal privacy, please notify Syrenia Imagery of this request and login information and password will be provided to you.  When the blog is password protected, only those individuals whom you invite to view the page are able to do so.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

Syrenia Imagery amends the Personal Information contained in the Syrenia Imagery databases to address inaccuracies or incompleteness of the Personal Information when you notify Syrenia Imagery of such inaccuracies or incompleteness. When Syrenia Imagery does not resolve a challenge to your satisfaction, the Syrenia Imagery database will reflect the unresolved challenge. If Syrenia Imagery does not provide access to all the Personal Information it holds about you, it will provide the reasons for denying such access to you.  No information will be maintained online.  All information will be maintained on a private company database separate from any web access.

We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

Montana Privacy and Security are governed by Governmental Internet Information Privacy Act 2-17-550 through 2-17-553, MCA which permits users of our website that are Montana residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
