High Dynamic Range Images

This is my first attempt at creating HDR Images.  I was excited about trying something new and surprised at how easy it was to process the images in photoshop.  My greatest obstacle in this project was combining images that has black backgrounds.  When trying to create a HDR image out of my Halloween pumpkin the image end result was gritty, distorted, discolored, and all the black background was lost and filled with red noise.  When gaining that result, I tried to experiment with other forms of lighting and compiled the images seen here.  Seeing these images in smaller scales does not do justice to the clarity and detail that evolves after processing.
