The Human Dilemma

A couple of extreme religious activists decided to come out our school to protest improper human behavior. Rather than respond as intelligent college students probably should, people decided to circle around them, giving cat calls and yelling out obsenities. It makes me wonder why they didn’t make the choice to turn their head and walk away to ignore the situation; as many choose to do about important life issues. What benefit does anyone have from ridiculing the religious protestors? Who is really being heard?
