Reservation and Cancellation policy

This applies to all services except for Business Photography and Infant-Toddler Photo Sessions.

All events must be reserved at least 30 days prior to the actual event date. Reservations made at the 30 day mark forfeit any rights to receiving a refund should there be a need for cancellation. A 50% deposit must be made on the date the reservation is placed. The final payment must be paid and finalized no later than 2 weeks before the event. Any cancellations must be made 30 days in advance to receive a refund for the reservation made. Should this unfortunate incident occur for any reason all expenses will be returned, with the exception of administration fee’s. Finalized agreements will be noted in all service contracts and signed by both parties before service is rendered.
